Love, Lies & Lab Coats brings an unusual group of people together at the South Hill Medical Center in Spokane, Washington. The cast of characters includes a narcissistic surgeon, a brilliant medical technologist, an insecure co-worker, two parking lot attendants, a talented chef, a middle-aged woman hiding from her past, a sick child, and a group of devoted doctors.

After waiting nearly three years to marry the love of her life, Beverly learns that she has been dumped. Daryl returns from the military but not to her or their son. Never wanting to be the parent, to use her child as a pawn, she is about to sink to that level. Beverly decides to disappear and vows that Daryl will never see them again. However, as Ryan grows up and begins to ask questions about his father, Beverly must revisit those painful memories. Does she want to share that pain with Ryan? Can she open her heart to forgive Daryl? Will she find the courage to love again?
